Excellent hotel with very clean rooms and facilities. Only negative that i would suggest staff is during dinners to refill items when they go out specifically ice cream as they failed to do so

I enjoyed my time at the Spa , it was a perfect weekend getaway , the Spa staff are super friendly and helpful. The massage was amazing, it was my fist time having a full body massage and Omgosh JENI did an amazing job I will defiantly go back to have the massage done again! The overall experience was 10/10

Ok but not a 5 star hotel
It’s not on par with other 5 star hotels. The pool and spa areas are great and there’s a lifeguard on duty. Breakfast was fine but dinner was poor. Weird and poorly prepared dishes and poor hygiene from the guests.
It seems that there’s a lot of potential but the direction and overall attitude isn’t clear.

unfortunately we was very disappointed staying in this hotel definitely this is not the five star hotel. The room was nice. The food was excellent at the staff was very polite but the swimming pool was extremely dirty. The temperature of the water was cold and when we request to the stuff to put the Temperature up ; the answer was that they don’t know how to operate it because the person who operated temperature resigned from the job which was a joke also We also noticed a missing tails From the swimming poo lots of hear and green colour dirt on the bottom of the pool I was absolutely shock to notice that the cleaner wash the bar in the swimming pool with very strong chemical and all the dirty water go back to the pool 🙈 In our stay for five days, the Jacuzzi didn’t work at all also the spa are really small. Definitely will not come here again Very pity because the location of the hotel excellent and it has a big potential Hopefully the management will read this review and make a difference

Een prachtige accommodatie, zeer vriendelijke mensen, een fantastisch én uitgebreid ontbijt. Lekker dineren en een spa die echt werkt en de moeite waard is verzorgde ruime en nette kamer. Alles werkt en ee is een parking voor de wagen. Kortom de moeite waard!

Room was big, nice, clean and very comfortable Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with quality food and good variety. Staff were nice and welcoming Spa and pool area is huge. Although we went there on a weekend and during what is supposed to be summer season it was very calm and nice. They have like 7-8 outside pools with sunbeds around each. We could always find sunbeds around the different pools, it almost felt like private villas Excellent value for money

Je ne sais par ou commencer mon commentaire. Nous avons eté séduit par les photos de l'hotel qui ne montrent pas la situation réelle. Elles ont été prise en 2007 quand l'hotel était neuf apparement.Primo la clim de la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Par des températures de plus de 38 degrés fin Juillet il faisait 28-30 degrés dans la chambre. Apres de nombreuses remarques sur le fait que le bruit de la clim nous empêche de dormir, le staff nous répond gentillement que cela n'est pas possible , que l'hotel est rénové et que tout est nouveau. Je reve !!!! L'eau de la piscine est dégueulasse. D'une couleur matte. Pas de clim ni de ventillos dans le resto. La nourriture était bof et le prix des vins extravaguant. J Dans la chambre il y avait une odeur de moisisure. Des meubles cheap. Rien avoir avec un 5 étoiles Je ne comprend pas comment il peux y avoir autant de commentaires positifs pour cet hotel Grosse arnaque cet hotel. A éviter a tout prix.

no comment... old, small rooms, incompetent front office manager. The indoor swimming pool was closed, mini club was closed, sky restaurant was closed. We spent only two nights, but payed 3 nights. Тhe staff did not warn us about renovations on site...
